Vancouver General Hospital Foundation
VGH + UBC Hospital Foundation commissioned PUBLIC to design several of their annual reports. The 2015-2016 report concept, shown here, was designed to follow visual clues from an existing campaign called “vital” that focused on the support of donors. A consistent “v” shape provides a way to show multiple images of healthcare activity supported by donors. Simplified typography and custom page foldouts allow memorable writing and donor names to really shine. A bright and dynamic colour palette gives personal stories and messages a fresh optimism. Boutique touches like embossing and contrasting matte and gloss finishes emphasize the gratitude that the Foundation feels towards its donors.
