This is a multi-phase project to redevelop the heart of the UBC campus into a mixed-use residential and commercial neighbourhood. A new underground transit centre links directly to a public plaza; ringed by active edges and student serving retail. Campus and Administrative services are located on the 2nd floor level, with 3 storeys of student housing above. This mixed used project will help create an active on-campus community. Benefitting the University by providing much needed places for students to live, study, meet for coffee, celebrate their achievements, shop for necessities, share a meal or work part-time in a convivial academic setting.
